After Shampooing apply OI Liquid Luster directly to hair fully saturating from mid-lengths to ends. Rinse out and follow with OI Conditioner or OI Hair Butter in case of need. Finish with OI All In One Milk or OI Oil to perfect your blow-dry.
WANT FULL BODY & SHINE FOR FINE AND DEHYDRATED HAIR?
For hair that needs hydration and plumpness, apply Naturaltech Replumping Shampoo followed by
