As always we have so much going on and a few important bits to make you aware of… so grab a coffee get comfy and have a little read.
HEADLINE NEWS
HIEDI THE COFFEE VAN HAS RE-OPENED…
In our last newsletter we announced that we were going to be selling the coffee van (booooo) well, there’s been a complete change and Hiedi is staying.
Our van and garden will be open from Wednesday - Saturday
from 7.30am-4pm each day.
The new face in the van is none other than our very own front of house Heather! It would appear that Heather is not only marvellous at scheduling your appointments but she’s also a pretty good baker too! As well as cakes and sweet treats she has created some healthy and wholesome breakfast options, hot or cold dishes for lunch, and now cup cakes for our four legged friends too! I've taken one home for my dog Pickle and he's given it the paws up!
ALICE WILL BE BACK...
We can finally, and with much excitement, announce that our beauty therapist, Alice will be returning this summer. Exact date to be confirmed!
NEW TREATMENTS...
NEW FACIALS
Over the last few months our beauty therapists have been coming in and completing extra training with Davines Comfort Zone.
They have been learning all about the new products and techniques within the comfort zone facial range.
These exciting new facials are...
Hydramemory Facial - for dehydrated skin.
Remedy Facial - for sensitive skin.
Sublime Peel Facial - for brightening and anti-aging.
HEART OF GLASS
For a while now, many of you have been using and loving the Heart of Glass range. A group of hair products designed specifically for blonde hair. Well… the family has grown and there is now a fast acting serum to reinforce the bonds within the hair.
EVENTS
MYSTERIES OF MISTLEY
On Saturday 1st July the businesses and places of interest in Mistley will be part of a walking trail. From 10am - 4pm you'll be able to start at the historic Edme Building and follow your map around, take part in quizzes, eat nice food and collect stamps along the way.
PROM DATES
Our local schools will soon be hosting the annual leavers proms and as usual we are on hand to assist with hair and makeup. Do get in touch quickly so you can grab the time slot you're after.
POP UP CLINICS
Our pop up clinics are now well under way and proving very popular. Ana, our swedish massage therapist is with us every Monday and Tuesday and is gaining superb feedback.
Claire has also now joined too, on a fortnightly basis. Claire offers a more holistic approach with services like reiki, crystal healing, ear candling and reflexology on both hands and feet. All of these services can be booked online.
IMPORTANT INFO
NEW PRICE LIST COMING
We would like to take this opportunity to make you aware of our annual price adjustment, this will take effect from 1st July 2023. There are modest price increases of 1 or 2 pounds across most services in both hair and beauty. These increases help us cope with the rising costs that we are all facing.
JULY APPOINTMENTS NOW AVAILABLE
As of the 1st May the July pages in our diary will now be open. As always these dates go very quickly so don't forget to book your next appointments

Here at the station we love to do nice things- this includes thanking you for visiting us so we have a loyalty reward system called Magic Stamp. All you need to do is download the magic stamp app to your phone and collect a digital stamp on each visit. When you fill up your card you receive a free gift! Don’t forget that when you have finished your shampoo, conditioner or Tranquility Shower Gel you can return your clean empty containers and we can refill them for you.
